Scuba Diving Crete

Terms

The terms that apply to diving with us.

Booking

Diving is arranged directly with us by message, phone or email. A booking is confirmed once we have agreed the activity, the date and the number of people in writing. The price and anything included are confirmed at that point.

Safety and fitness to dive

You must tell us honestly about medical conditions, medication and recent surgery before diving, and complete any medical declaration we ask for. We may require a doctor's clearance. Diving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is not permitted, and instructors may end any dive or decline any diver on safety grounds.

Changes and cancellation

The specific cancellation and refund terms for your booking are confirmed in writing when the booking is agreed, so that they match the activity you have actually booked. If you need to change or cancel, tell us as early as you can and we will do what we reasonably can to move you rather than lose your money.

Weather and conditions

Diving depends on the sea. We may change the site, reschedule or cancel when conditions, visibility or group safety require it, and that decision rests with the instructor in charge. Where we cancel for conditions we will offer an alternative date or a refund for the affected activity.

Responsibility

Diving and snorkelling carry inherent risks that cannot be removed entirely. We are responsible for running activities to the standards of our training agency and for the equipment we supply. You are responsible for following briefings and instructions, for diving within your certification and experience, and for the accuracy of what you tell us about your health and experience.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Greek law, and the courts of Greece have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
